A tragic drive-by shooting has claimed the life of a 21-year-old man in Pickens County, South Carolina. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM on Saturday at a residence on Donna Lane in Easley, SC.
Upon arrival, deputies found a woman performing CPR on the young man, who had sustained a gunshot wound in the yard. Despite her efforts, the victim later succumbed to his injuries.
This marks the second fatal drive-by shooting in the Upstate region this weekend. Authorities believe this is an isolated incident and assure the public there is no ongoing threat.Â
