COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities and community members in Colleton County are searching for 14-year-old Faith Dubose, who was last seen around 11:30 p.m. on October 31 in the area of Little Rock Court in Cottageville, S.C. Deputies believe Faith may have been picked up by an unknown vehicle, sparking concerns for her safety.
Faith is described as being 5’2” tall and weighing approximately 105 pounds. She was last seen wearing a purple sweatshirt and black leggings. Family members, friends, and community members have been sharing her information widely on social media, urging the public to help locate the missing teen.
Faith’s stepbrother, Jason Kirkhart, posted on Facebook, asking for assistance and stating, “No one has seen her in four days… Cops have been called and they have been looking and can’t find her anywhere.” Kirkhart urged people to share Faith’s picture and details to help ensure her safe return.
In an additional appeal, Carl Ellis, another concerned community member, encouraged parents of Colleton Middle School students to show Faith’s picture to their children in hopes of gathering any information that could lead to her whereabouts. Ellis emphasized confidentiality for anyone who comes forward with information.
The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating Faith’s disappearance. They urge anyone with information on her location to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 843-549-2211. Concerned community members can also reach out to Carl Ellis at 843-542-6383 or by email at carl.ce1966@gmail.com.
